Minister of Housing announces procedures for waiving housing units allocated to individuals in new cities

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced the mechanisms for dealing with the new cities' agencies in the procedures for relinquishing residential units built on small residential plots of land "allocated to individuals" in the new cities, under special powers of attorney for a specific purpose.

The Minister of Housing explained today, Sunday, that if a citizen applies to complete the procedures for relinquishing residential units built on a small residential plot of land under (a special power of attorney for a specific purpose), specifying a percentage of the area of ​​the plot of land for the share of the aforementioned unit in common, the procedures are completed by the sub-real estate committee of the agency.
